Historic building with a building of 90 years. As you pass through the gate, a expressive garden featuring cobblestones and four seasons welcomes you.

I was born and brought up Shizuoka prefecture Izu in Jeda. I decided to start a cake shop in such a special place. After being manager of Lake Yamanaka "Paper Moon" who took care of in the past, I decided to independence. However, I could not find the ideal property, and after helping my acquaintance store for several years, I finally managed to borrow a space far beyond the ideals I drew in my head.

I hope to make use of the work we have cultivated so far, to face real materials without making any compromise, and to create a loving and cherished cake.
